Rucha Vankudre is a Research Manager at Burning Glass Technologies. Recent research topics include an analysis of remote work patterns in Europe, exploring career pathways for workers displaced due to COVID, and data to support strategic policy initiatives for the U.S. government. Rucha manages a team of analysts supporting Burning Glass’ internal research agenda. 

Prior to joining Burning Glass, Rucha served as the Research Director at a large education think tank based out of Harvard University, where she oversaw projects in urban school districts focused on reducing the racial achievement gap and managed a team of research analysts. She has experience working with local governments, school boards, and large and small foundations and served as a member of the review board for the Broad Prize for Public Charter Schools in 2017 and 2018. Rucha also has extensive experience with econometric modeling and worked on the marketing team at American Express. 

Rucha holds a master’s degree in Economics from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University.
